I found this week's activity very intersting. I think I really want to do this exercise for myself as well as for the customers. I came across in my past when I wanted to change Pdf file I got stuck but I know now through Zamzar (Free online file conversion) website I wouldn't have any problem. It is also quite common enquiry by customers using computers and it is easy as well. I think same will feel customers as it is so straightforward. I will definitely show that to my children. But one thing I just want to ask about it? Does it work for the scanned documents.
Hi de hi - you're right, it's a very common query in the learn.nets which is why I've included it in this tutorial. As for scanned documents, no it's not the same at all. When you scan using our staff fax/copiers they convert to a pdf file automatically. If you then convert this file to a doc it shows as if it were an image - so you wouldn't be able to amend text etc. Wow - great question! Congratulations on completing this task :)
